In case you haven’t read any of my excited Tweets from last week, I’ve recently partnered with Springpad to create my very own notebook for their online store. The notebook is called the Bohemian Travel Planner and it’s completely free to download.
If you’re not familiar with Springpad, I suggest you giving it a try. As I’m often on-the-go and extremely reliant on to-do lists, Springpad has helped me stay organized in a fun and engaging way. To get a free copy, click here. Basically, the notepad is here to help you plan your dream vacation, wherever that may be.
If you head over to the “Boho Corner” you can see that I created five different categories to help you every step of the way – from “Find your Wanderlust” and “Off-the-beaten Path” to “Trails Worth A Wander.” The rest is completely up to you and my portion of the notebook is really just to serve as a guideline during your own planning process. Below are a few screenshots of what it looks like. As always I would love to hear feedback from you and whether or not you find something like this useful.
Although Springpad is used by more than five million people across the world, I hadn’t given it a try until their team approached me about creating my own notebook for their store. Once downloaded, it took me a few minutes to figure out how it worked but all in all, I found the interface easy to navigate and it’s certainly a more enjoyable way to stay organized than jotting notes down on my notepad.
Since Sprinpad works across multiple devices, I found it easy to play around with the platform, creating different notebooks, and also using the search bar to discover other notebooks. Overall, it’s an engaging way to discover new interests and showcase your own.
As you can see from my Bohemian Travel Planner notebook, there are different layouts depending on how you want information to appear. For example, I created two different checklists where it made sense. In my case, one checklist was for travel apps that I find useful and the other was a Boho-style packing list.
The screenshot below shows you what your own notebook might eventually look like. It will be a mix of my own springs and your springs so in a way, the finished product will be something that you and I have created together!
Here’s a quick video I did to announce the partnership. Do you like the Dominica backdrop and of course, the wooden trail I’m standing on? I’m still a newby with video but I hope to do more this year!
